Refund policy

Prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they're in original condition — no creases, bends, or damage. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If a print arrives damaged, contact jaylevin.art@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. A replacement or full refund will be issued — no return required.
